Radon Testing
Benchmark Labs is approved and licensed by the Ohio Department of Health to conduct radon measurement for real estate transactions or individual homeowners who would like to obtain radon measurements in their homes.
Our licensed inspectors will place a continuous monitoring device in the home of the requested inspection site in which the device will remain for a period of 48 hours while it continuously takes radon measurements during that period. Once the monitor has been collected, the saved data from the monitor device will be uploaded and collated into a Radon Inspection Report that will be sent to the client in a user-friendly formatted report.
For all real estate transactions, the sellers are required to sign a non-interference agreement which will be placed at the time of service and gathered upon the completion of the radon monitoring.
