Microbiological/Chemical Testing

Included in the analysis is complete bacterial identification of major pathogens.

Testing procedures are available for the following:

  • Iron/Sulfur-reducing Bacteria
  • Coliform Bacteria
  • Salmonella
  • Filamentous Bacteria
  • Leptospira spp.
  • Environmental Contaminants
  • Fecal streptococci
  • Listeria
  • Pseudomonas
  • Campylobacter
  • Vibrio
  • Most Pathogenic Bacteria

Complete fungal analysis is provided for water, air, soil and surface contamination. These testing procedures include all contaminant fungi and all pathogenic fungi. Algae identification from all water sources is offered as a service. Enteric virus analysis is provided for additional microbiological testing. These procedures can be performed on potable water, wastewater, sludge, compost and soil.

Air quality testing can be performed to evaluate bacterial and or fungal contamination. Ten years of data collection and analysis have allowed the establishing of standards for processing plants, laboratories, homes, offices, and public meeting areas. The procedures can be performed using air samplers. Rodac plates, standard sedimentation plates, or swabs. Air quality counts are recorded and compared to our data bank for evaluation.
